About: Research shows that customers are motivated to pay down debt, even when they only have a few extra dollars to spare. I crafted a low touch, high impact intercept that prompts customers to consider paying off more than their minimum at the moment of payment.
Role: I worked with Research and Design to test three different prototypes of this concept, synthesized user feedback, and created a recommendation on content, placement, targeting, and timing.
Notes: The impact of this work is so large that it was called out by the company’s CEO in a recent strategy session.
